Alissa Malnati

Alissa Malnati is an Australian-born fashion executive and retail consultant.

During her 10+ year tenure for the luxury fashion house Zimmermann, Alissa worked her way up from the sales floor to overseeing the initial launch of international stores in the US.

Serving as Vice President of Retail for European contemporary brand Zadig & Voltaire, she oversaw more than 70 stores, visual merchandising, operations, and learning & development.

In 2021, she founded Heimisdottir Consultancy, which specializes in supporting domestic and international fashion brands in their U.S. expansion strategies.

A creative at heart, she recently published ‘Cold Spring, NY’, a coffee table book of black-and-white photographs she and her husband snapped in upstate New York. Her debut children's book, The Koala and the Little Tree, will release internationally this Fall. 

She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and son.
